Something near & dear to my heart

Scentsy is the most amazing company & I'm so lucky to have been given the opportunity to be a part of it. Their motto is "Give more than you take" & they really walk the talk. They have given so much to their consultants--we get a lot of perks & incentives & are recognized for our accomplishments--but they give so much to their community in Meridian, Idaho as well. And now they are challenging us to walk the talk as well. Small business is part of what makes this country great. Scentsy is honoring that by asking us all to spend at least $50 in a small business in our community with a goal of at least $5,000,000 being spent in small businesses throughout the country on one day. It's our own economic stimulus package! October 12, 2009 is the day!

Please click on the link above to read more about Scentsy's amazing story and, if you can, please pledge to spend $50 in a small business in your community on October 12, 2009.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Snow Day!

A random nice day of snow here in Vegas. No one is ever happier about this than me! p.s. It snowed the day Seamus was born. This year was just 2 days shy of his birthday. For those who will look at this and say pfffftt...., this is a big deal for us. Let me have this moment! :D

Seamus' New Hat

Seamus decided that he really liked this hat & wore it around for about a month or so.

Thanksgiving dinner was at Grannie & Grandpa Gibson's house. Aunt Patty, Uncle Steve, Auntie Bernadette, Uncle Nick, Auntie Nicola, Uncle Darren, Auntie Amanda, Dalton, and Frankie ate with us. Seamus had loads of fun hanging out with his cousins. I didn't take many pics obviously...
